    Steve recently worked on a couple of flooring projects for us. He did such a great job that we just had him come back last week to do another small project. He replaced the floor an area of our house that had some water damage caused by a leaking water heater and it looks better than ever. He works very neatly and quickly and is very thoughful when the unexpected arises. I would use Steve's services again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

    Steven installed over 1500 sf of hardwood flooring including subflooring and 300 feet of high quality vinyl flooring. He is very friendly, honest and very competitive price wise. Give him a call and he can work out a good price for all kinds of flooring

    Steve and Noel did an amazing job on my LVP flooring! Steve is very knowledgeable in flooring and also completed a dry wall repair and installed baseboards as well! Will definitely work with him again for future projects!

    I recently had the great pleasure of working with Steven of Gunderson & Ranieri Remodeling & Rentals to do flooring and plumbing repairs in our bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed on every step he would take in the process. He was prompt when responding to emails and always arrived when he say he would to the work. We are very pleased with the finished product. I can’t say enough great things about this company. We will be contacting them again for other projects in our home.
